I’m Jenna & I’ve Been There
When I became a mom in 2015, I was stuck in survival mode struggling to make it through every single day. Many days I would cry from being so tired and this wrecked my mood and impacted relationships. I honestly felt like I would never have the energy to make it through my day until my kids were grown and out of the house. I was eating a mostly healthy diet and taking a variety of herbal remedies that I thought would help, but it just wasn’t enough.
